To ensure the plants are at all times in safe condition, preventive maintenance program of electricity circuit, fire precaution system, and production equipment is set up, and safety-training classes are held for all new employees. Fire extinguishers are installed throughout the plant and exercises are held to ensure its proper usage on the shop floor.

Jewel Consumer Care is located in a rural area making further employment available in the surrounding villages and hence facilitating the growth of a developing country. Other Social Commitments include:
