At Jewel Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. no incoming raw/packing material is used until inspected or verified as confirming to all documented procedures. The Quality Department makes sure the product is tested and meets all requirements. No product is released until all specified activities are complete and all data is available.

The Quality Department uses various methods to check the integrity of the materials and products at various stages of a product like molding, bristling, packaging and welding.

The Q.C. team uses the following instruments at various stages of the product :

	MELT FLOW INDEX TESTER is used to check the quality of the raw material used in molding.
	PULL STRENGTH TESTER is used to measure the strength of tuft of a brush after bristling.
	BURSTING STRENGTH MACHINE is used to check the strength of corrugated packing machine.
	ELECTRONIC MAGNIFIER WITH MONITOR is used to magnify the bristle of a brush to check the roundating of a bristle.
	RUB PROOFNESS TESTER is used to measure how rub-proof the prints on the paper or board are after packing/welding.
